Weight: 223 (-1 lb from last week)
Waist: 38 inches (same as last week)
Hips: 45 inches (same as last week)
Not stellar numbers, but a pound is a pound! I will do better this week and not do so much indulging. I was really off my game this week. SHEESH! I'm taking the kids to see STOMP on Friday and Saturday so I will have to have McD's for dinner those two nights, but I'm going to do my research and make good decisions. I WILL!
This week gets a SMILEY!
